The Role: Research Consultant
As a key member of their expanding full-service research division, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, playing a crucial role in every aspect of the research cycle. This role promises substantial investment in your professional development, offering ample opportunities for growth and learning.

You will be responsible for:
  • Nurturing existing client relationships
  • Managing ad-hoc and tracking projects
  • Working across CX, branding & innovation
  • Designing research methodologies, approaches, and frameworks
  • Skilfully designing surveys and questionnaires
  • Data analysis, uncovering key insights
  • Efficiently managing projects within predefined scopes
  • Delivering impactful, visually engaging presentations and reports
  • Devising strategic, actionable solutions that drive real and tangible change to c-suite executives alongside the head of insights – you’ll have an unparalleled opportunity for progression with no cap as the business grows!
We’d love to speak to data analysts or quantitative market researchers with c2 years' of experience in a commercial agency setting in addition to:
  • Confidence in designing surveys, extracting valuable insights from extensive datasets, and delivering reports
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to delve deep into data, identifying patterns and devising solutions based on survey and transactional data
  • A naturally curious problem solver with a proactive and adaptable attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
