As Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-value, strategically focused research programmes.

You will:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex quantitative research across brand, segmentation, innovation, customer strategy and experience
• Partner with senior clients to shape research questions and ensure work ladders into broader business objectives
• Translate sophisticated analysis into clear strategic narratives that influence decision-making
• Provide oversight and direction to more junior team members, ensuring intellectual rigour and storytelling excellence
• Contribute to proposals and thought leadership initiatives

What You Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in quantitative research within an agency or research-led commercial environment
• Strong expertise in strategic research design and advanced analytical thinking
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• A track record of delivering insight that informs long-term business strategy
• A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing others
• Intellectual curiosity and a challenger mindset
