The Role
As a Consultant / Associate Research Consultant, you’ll:
- Support end-to-end project delivery across quantitative research programs
- Contribute to survey design, data checks, analysis and insight development
- Work on large-scale tracking and customer experience studies
- Interpret data and help turn findings into clear, compelling stories
- Assist in preparing client-ready reports and presentations
- Collaborate closely with senior researchers and client leads
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years’ experience in market research, insights or analytics (agency or client-side)
- Solid foundations in quantitative research methodologies
- Experience working with tracking, brand, CX or NPS programs (highly regarded)
- Hands-on data analysis skills (SPSS or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence in communicating insights clearly and concisely
- A curious mindset and genuine interest in financial services
