Recruitment Account Manager
Sydney, $60,000 - $75,000 + SUPER + COMMISSION

Recruitment is all about making connections. Taking the time to get to know people, their stories, experiences, goals and scratching the surface to understand deeper drivers and motivations.

It’s also fast, competitive, and dynamic. You get to juggle multiple situations, wear multiple different hats, talk, write, negotiate, consult, cajole and organise – yes all in one day!

Who are you?

 If you have worked in recruitment before, great. But if not, that could be great too!

What we are looking for is a personality type/skill set that goes something like this: 

  • Chatty – you can quickly make a personal connection with anyone, from a grad just starting out through to an alpha CEO

  • High EQ – You listen, you learn, you ask questions, you know when to push back or fall back

  • Tenacious – A self-driven team player who can keep it up through the highs and lows

  • Love a target – You love something to work towards for the goal, glory and financial reward!

  • Smarts – We are a high consultative specialist agency, and you’ll need to become an expert in our field

  • A storyteller – We’re always bringing things to life - jobs, companies, candidates and offers

  • Great writing skills – Creative, persuasive writing of adverts, writing content, writing influential offers

  • Organisational skills – this role is not linear. You need to be able to juggle multiple things to moving deadlines
