As Senior Research Manager, you’ll work closely with the Client Director to manage and grow a flagship banking client.
This is a highly client-visible role, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the client organisation, including:
- Marketing & Insights teams – understanding customer advocacy, strengthening relationships, and powering high-impact acquisition campaigns
- Product teams – identifying growth opportunities, optimising product performance, and shaping customer-led propositions
- Brand & Strategy teams – staying ahead of industry and competitor trends, refining strategic direction, and driving loyalty and market share growth
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in market research or insights (agency or client-side)
- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services landscape
- Proven experience delivering CX and NPS research and metrics.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong project management capability and commercial awareness
- A collaborative mindset and appetite to deepen client partnerships
- A supportive, high-performing, and genuinely collaborative team culture
- Direct exposure to tier-1 banking and financial services clients
- Ongoing development and mentoring from senior industry leaders
