​Rowan is a force of nature. Since launching the Sydney office in 2010 she has shown absolute commitment to the growth and success of the APAC team, her clients, and candidates.

Before finding her calling in recruitment, Rowan worked in market research giving her a uniquely personal perspective and knowledge of the industry. You would be hard placed to find anyone better connected, more respected and more successful at bringing people together.

Rowan also supports her clients with talent pipelining, hiring and retention strategies. She’s incredibly proud to have helped some of Australia’s most successful agencies build their teams from the ground up. She continues to inspire the APAC team as Joint Managing Director.

Outside of work, Rowan is a massive foodie. She has only recently slightly curtailed her vibrant social life to spend time with her new baby son – doting is almost a full-time occupation!
