Rowan is a force of nature. Since launching the Sydney office in 2010, she has shown absolute commitment to the growth and success of the APAC team, her clients, and candidates.

Before finding her calling in recruitment, Rowan worked in market research, which gives her a uniquely personal perspective and knowledge of the sector. A passionate industry advocate, recruitment, to Rowan, is all about building lasting relationships based on an understanding of people's and businesses' skills, motivators, vision, and goals.

She is incredibly proud to have helped some of Australia's most successful agencies build their teams from the ground up. You would be hard-placed to find anyone better connected, more respected and successful at bringing people together. She continues to inspire the APAC team as a Senior Partner.

Outside of work, Rowan tries to find balance! A healthy mix of family time, Reformer Pilates, and the great outdoors, served with a side of caffeine, wine and decadent food.
