The Opportunity
This is a growth hire within a busy and expanding quant team, sitting at the Associate Director level. The focus is firmly on client leadership, strategic thinking and storytelling. You’ll act as a key strategic partner on complex, high-impact engagements - helping clients answer critical commercial and growth questions.

What You’ll Be Doing
The work is beautifully varied and focuses on ad hoc research - brand strategy, consumer segmentation, price pack architecture, demand zone sizing, innovation, broader commercial and growth strategy, communications, customer journey mapping, category understanding, sensory formulation, and shopper insights.

Client Leadership
  • Act as client lead/account owner where required
  • Build confident, commercially strong relationships
  • Lead senior debriefs, both local and international stakeholders
Storytelling & Integration
  • Turn analysis into clear, persuasive stories
  • Integrate quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Elevate outputs from data to action
Team & Growth
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Step into visible leadership within the team

About You
  • 6-8 years’ experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong consulting/agency quant background
  • FMCG, food, drink or shopper expertise
  • Confident client leader and storyteller
  • Commercially sharp and strategically minded
