The opportunity
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Act as a trusted partner to financial services clients, ensuring high-quality delivery across ongoing and ad-hoc research projects
- Translate complex customer and performance data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from scoping and design through to analysis, reporting and presentation
- Support continuous improvement in research methods, automation, and quality assurance processes
- Balance workloads, manage project timelines, and contribute to efficient use of resources
- Share subject matter expertise across the team and contribute to innovation in research approaches
- Coach and develop junior team members, fostering engagement and high performance
You are likely to bring:
- Around 3+ years’ experience in market research, insights, analytics, or consulting
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries
- Strong client management skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proven experience delivering insights from quantitative and/or qualitative research
- Confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- A proactive, self-directed working style with the ability to lead by example
- Experience with research and analytics tools (e.g. SPSS, Q or similar)
- A curiosity for new methodologies, technology, and smarter ways of working
