An award-winning strategic insights consultancy is looking for a Senior Consultant with 5+ years’ experience in market research or insights to help leading brands solve complex business problems through CX, VOC and strategic quantitative insights.

This is a hands-on consulting and research role where you’ll manage projects and work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-impact insights.
You’ll play a key role across Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, while contributing to a wide range of strategic research projects including:
  • Customer Experience (CX) strategy and measurement
    • Voice of Customer (VOC) programs
    • Brand positioning research
    • Customer segmentation
    • Customer journey mapping
    • Pricing and commercial strategy research
    • Reputation and perception studies
You’ll combine strong research expertise with consulting thinking, helping turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in market research, insights or consulting
    • Experience working on CX, VOC or customer insights programs
    • Strong ability to analyse data and translate findings into compelling stories
    • Quantitative analysis skills (Q, SPSS or similar advantageous)
    • Confidence managing projects and presenting insights to clients
    • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for developing your consulting skills
