Senior Research Consultant - Banking & Financial Services
Job description
Love turning data into decisions? This is a genuinely lovely opportunity to join one of Australia’s most respected business intelligence and market research consultancies in the financial services space. They’re the kind of firm clients stick with - not just because the insights are smart, but because they’re practical, commercial, and actually get used.
Working with leading banks and financial services brands, this team is known for deep sector knowledge, beautifully run research, and a strong client-first mindset.
The role
As a Senior Research Consultant, you’ll be the right hand to the Client Director, helping to manage and grow key client relationships while leading the delivery of complex research programs. Think large-scale tracking, CX and NPS work, and bespoke studies that really matter to the business.
You’ll be hands-on with projects end-to-end, involved in shaping insights, presenting to clients, and ensuring the work lands with impact. There’s also plenty of scope to mentor juniors, stretch into leadership, and help evolve the firm’s research offering as you grow.
This could be you if you:
