You’ll sit at the intersection of insights, technology, analytics and marketing, operating as both a strategic leader and commercial driver. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and scaling the local capability - setting vision, direction and commercial ambition
- Acting as a senior representative within a broader marketing ecosystem, positioning the insights offer as a centre of excellence
- Building traction quickly: converting strong inbound and networked opportunity into sustainable revenue
- Driving end-to-end insights solutions (brand, CX, customer, employee, product, comms)
- Developing deep, trusted relationships with senior clients - comfortably operating at CMO and CEO level
- Working closely with peer leaders across complementary disciplines to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
- Strengthening internal culture, collaboration and capability - a leader people want to follow
- Shaping and scaling new advisory, tech-enabled and analytics-led offerings alongside an already strong core proposition

- A self-starter mentality - comfortable building, shaping and accelerating momentum
- Experience delivering end-to-end advisory and tech-enabled solutions
