Marketing & Insights teams
- Measuring and strengthening customer advocacy and loyalty
- Informing high-impact acquisition and retention strategies
- Identifying growth opportunities and unmet customer needs
- Optimising product performance and shaping customer-led propositions
- Tracking industry and competitor dynamics
- Supporting strategic direction, market share growth and brand positioning
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced researcher ready to step into a more senior, outward-facing role with greater client ownership and strategic influence.
Essential experience
- 6-7+ years’ experience in market research or customer insights
- Experience working agency-side or client-side within insights/research
- Strong understanding of the banking or financial services sector
- Proven experience delivering CX and NPS research programmes
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Strong project management and research delivery skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect insight to strategy
- Confident communication and storytelling with data
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted client partnerships
- Work with Tier 1 banking clients on strategically important research programmes
