​Emily joined us as a Consultant in 2015, and she's flown through the ranks to the role of Director, credit to her insatiable determination, work ethic, and natural flair.

Day to day, Emily loves connecting with people and understanding the human behind the skillset. She's an expert in all things research, insight, and data analytics, particularly behavioural strategy. She builds true partnerships with her clients and candidates who trust her honesty, integrity, and ability to solve problems in competitive situations.

Outside of the office, Emily can be found lying on the beach with an iced coffee in one hand and a psychology book in the other. She loves country escapes, music festivals, and throwing dinner parties, and she hates truffle oil.
