Senior Consultant - Consumer Insight. Strategic Impact.

Working across brand, product, service and experience strategy, the team combines rigorous quantitative research with sharp commercial thinking to deliver insights that genuinely shape business outcomes.

The Opportunity
They’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Sydney team. This is an ideal role for an insights professional with 3-5 years’ agency experience who enjoys combining analytical rigour with strategic storytelling.
You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish  - designing research approaches, analysing data, developing insight-led narratives and presenting recommendations to clients. You’ll also act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships while collaborating closely with senior colleagues and analysts.
The work is varied and intellectually stimulating. Projects might include:
  • Consumer segmentation and needs-based studies to inform innovation
  • Brand health and communications evaluation to guide marketing strategy
  • Concept and product testing for new launches
  • Strategic advisory work helping organisations strengthen their competitive position

About You
You’re a curious and analytical insights professional who enjoys solving real business problems.
You’ll likely bring:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a research or insights agency
  • Strong quantitative research and analytical skills
  • Experience working with methodologies such as segmentation, brand tracking, NPS or concept testing
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insight
  • Confidence presenting findings and engaging with clients
Most importantly, you’re motivated by understanding how people think, feel and behave as consumers, and using that knowledge to help organisations make smarter decisions.
