Senior Consultant - Strategic Advisory Firm

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll bring structure and clarity to every engagement — framing problems, building evidence, and translating insight into clear, confident, measurable advice.
Every project is fully customised, often working as an extension of clients’ in-house insights teams.

  • Foundational strategic work including segmentation, choice modelling, and dual brand/campaign health evaluation to inform comms, product and service development to support challenger brands take on big telco.
  • Optimise strategy for nationwide residential developments through mixed-method research programs and collaborative workshops for a leading property developer
  • Fascinating foundational U&A studies of different consumer markets and needs spaces, informing new product development for a financial services provider. Facilitation design and debrief of workshops with phenomenal exposure to senior decision makers across the Australia’s financial services brands.
  • Brand health tracking, corporate reputation work, ad hoc product and messaging optimisation with a highly engaged household-name FMCG brand

Key responsibilities & skills sought
  • Lead day-to-day client engagement
  • Design customised quantitative research frameworks
  • Translate quantitative survey data into compelling narratives.
  • Integrate primary and secondary data sources.
  • Visualise data in sophisticated and creative ways to strengthen your story
  • Lead presentations and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
  • Demonstrate an owner’s mindset, taking pride in both individual and team success.
  • Bring genuine curiosity about how people think, feel and behave as consumers.
  • Get involved in plenty of interesting and meaningful B-Corp and cultural initiatives
We’re looking for a curious, creative and strategic insights professional with strong agency creds in consumer research with a quantitative focus. You’ll be methodologically and analytically strong and motivated by building trusted client relationships and delivering influential consulting.
