Qualitative Research Specialist Role:
- Engage in all aspects of projects, from briefs and research design to fieldwork management, analysis, write-up, and client presentations, guided by senior mentors.
- Diversify your qualitative toolkit by conducting IDIs, qualitative workshops, co-creation sessions, and online communities.
- Collaborate with commercial and social clients, influencing branding, service design, CX, communications, product development, innovation, segmentation, and marketing.
- Work closely with in-house graphic designers, delivering insights through workshops, co-creation sessions, films, and compelling presentations.
- Collaborate with quantitative experts, strategists, marketing scientists, consultants, and cultural experts for a holistic approach.
- Inherent passion for understanding people, brands, and culture.
- Prior qualitative research experience in a research, insights, or management consultancy.
- Hands-on experience running qualitative research, from interviews to workshops and online communities.
- Natural ability to simplify complexity.
- Exceptional communication skills and a desire to excel.
- Quantitative research experience is advantageous.
