Senior Researcher - B2B, Consumer & Public Sector projects

This highly successful insights agency has gone from strength to strength delivering high impact recommendations to both government and commercial clients. With expertise across both B2C and B2B projects, their philosophy is never to take a one size fits all approach to projects -everything is bespoke!

Having just won a major long-term tender for a huge government department as well as seeing continuous growth in their consumer and B2B projects, they are on the lookout for new talent to join their growing Melbourne team!

The successful candidate will come in and play a key role in the set up and running of a key account, as well as leading on various other clients/projects; what these are will be determined depending on the person - they believe in people playing to their strengths and doing work they enjoy! Whatever the client though, it’s complex and interesting work with a high degree of client contact and the need for top quantitative research and insights/story telling abilities.

Clients vary across retail, automotive, CPG, and financial services and projects will be diverse and forward-thinking, covering various challenges including brand positioning, U&A. CX, product development, ad testing, concept testing, mystery shopping, and segmentation.

About you
  • Strong quantitative research skills including questionnaire design, analysis (ideally Q experience) and insight delivery
  • Solid agency experience with particular experience designing and running bespoke projects
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • A love of collaboration. Someone who likes to get involved and work as part of a team
  • An open, kind personality. Someone who enjoys upskilling others as well as adding to their own list of skills/achievements
  • Qualitative experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential
