As a Senior Client Director, you will be the key to developing long-term relationships with its Melbourne-based customers. Your goal will be to grow their business footprint in this market, deepen existing partnerships, and help secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial client and account management. You will work alongside the ANZ MD to help develop and execute annual client and growth plans
  • Proposal writing and project leadership. You will work with the Research Managers to create and deliver best-in-class research.
  • Presenting and storytelling. You will be confident in developing insightful client reports and presentations that engage and inspire.
  • Thought leadership and innovation. You will enjoy helping cement this consultancy's position as a market leader.
 Skills needed:
  • At least 10+ years’ experience working in market research, consumer insights, or insight-led marketing consultancy.
  • Strong relationship management, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • An ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective working relationships with new and existing clients
  • Strong FMCG know-how whilst experience in other sectors is highly desirable
