Senior Account Director - Government & Social Research: Comms & Campaign Evaluat

This growing research consultancy combines the reputation and resources of a global agency with the fun, flexibility, and individuality of a local Australian boutique, offering the best of both worlds. Renowned for their expertise in understanding complex branding and communications issues for consumer and not-for-profit organizations, they seek a Senior Account Director to join their team. This role focuses on campaign evaluation and communications projects for government and social clients.
Client Management. You’ll develop strong relationships with your client portfolio and enjoy being seen as a trusted partner.
Methodological expertise and development. Already experienced in quantitative market research methods, you will have demonstrated experience in the Comms and Campaign Evaluation and the ability to deliver a project from A to Z.
Storytelling. You will love making sense of data, putting strategic stories together and presenting these in a compelling, visually impactful way via reports and in-person presentations.
What will you need?
  • Expertise in quantitative research methodologies
  • Experience working in a research agency
  • Experience setting up and running large-scale tracking projects and strategic ad-hoc pieces
  • Experience in brand positioning, brand & communications tracking, advertising evaluation
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting client relationships
