Research Account Director - Small Agency. Big Punch.

The Work
You name it they do it - B2B and B2C across Government, Services, and Retail.
From segmentation, brand positioning, U&A, CX, and brand tracking through to product development, concept and ad testing, and mystery shopping, there’s huge variety here.
They’re especially well known for their off-the-shelf CX model, used extensively to help clients truly understand and improve their customer and community experiences.

The Role
Play a key role in a major Community Experience and Engagement project across Victoria where you’ll flex your muscles in stakeholder engagement – growing key relationships and presenting compelling insights stories. In addition, to a range of other ad hoc commercial and social projects along the way.
This role is for a Quant leaning dualist where you’ll be the bridge between insight and action - partnering with clients, designing smart research and delivering impactful, actionable insights strategy.

About You
You’ll have either a quant background (happy to do some qual) or a quant leaning dualist with strong agency experience. You love being in the room with clients - asking the right questions, challenging thinking, and connecting the dots between data and strategy.
You’ll thrive here if you:
  • Enjoy leading projects end-to-end from proposal to presentation
  • Have experience of designing research, project set up, data analysis (Q skills or similar stats package), synthesis and story telling
  • Are great with clients and love building trusted relationships

  • Want to work with 2 amazing directors to lead, mentor and inspire the team
