What you’ll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end research programs from design to delivery
- Build strong client relationships, guiding them with confidence and spotting opportunities to add strategic value
- Turn data into compelling stories with smart analysis, clear narratives, and polished deliverables
- Combine cultural, brand, and behavioural insight to elevate your recommendations
- Support and mentor juniors while contributing to a positive, curious, high-performing team culture
- 4+ years of research agency experience (social, commercial, or a mix)
- A natural curiosity about people, behaviour, culture, and what drives decision-making
- Strong analytical chops and the ability to communicate insights with clarity and personality
- Experience across qual and quant (or enthusiasm to strengthen one side)
- A relevant degree and a professional, collaborative approach
