We promise to build exceptional skills in:
  • Client liaison and development
  • Brainstorming compelling research proposals and great insights reports
  • Getting embedded in a consumer view and learning new topics
  • Being organised and coming up with structured research plans
  • Learning bespoke research methodologies – quantitative and qualitative
  • Harnessing new technology – dashboards & CX platforms
  • Data analysis using industry-leading stats package
  • Creative, engaging presentations to c-suite teams
  • The Services industry – Finance/ Tech/ Retail/ Energy/ Teleco/ Healthcare
  So, what will you have?
  • Degree in marketing, psychology, or a related discipline with market research focus
  • 1-2 years demonstrated market research/consumer insights experience
  • Ideally agency side, you’ll understand the flow of a research program from pitch to presentation
  • A head for numbers and hands-on experience using Q or SPSS
  • An interest in doing some qualitative research too
  • An ability to create and deliver engaging and informative client reports
  • A love of learning and a positive energy to support people
