Job description
Join a specialist consulting firm that uses behavioural science for real world impact. This team is invited right into the boardroom, embedding themselves in organisations to design and drive the execution of behavioural-led interventions.
From improving adherence to medical treatment plans, to reimagining retail experiences, building brand platforms, designing digital journeys, and transforming the way banks communicate with their customers - you’ll apply scientific rigour and commercial nous to deliver behaviour change programs that matter.
It’s a chance to flex your consulting muscles across the full project cycle - solving complex human challenges for leading ASX-listed organisations, from major banks to universities and global pharma giants.

Being at the forefront of commercial behavioural science
Key responsibilities:
Build close client relationships
Explore and diagnose business problems
Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour
Applying behavioural methodologies – nudging, social forms, framing, heuristics, RCTs, rational choice, scarcity, etc
Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
Test and evaluate ideas
Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions
An expert storyteller who can inspire clients to action
Engage clients through workshops and training
What We’re Looking For
Postgraduate qualifications in psychology, behavioural economics, behavioural science, or a related discipline
Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role
Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action
You pride yourself on your critical thinking
You want to work more flexibly
You are passionate about behavioural science
