Quant Associate Director - CX & Strategic Client Leadership
Job description
This is an opportunity to step into a commercially significant client leadership role within a leading insights agency. Working alongside a highly experienced Director, you will act as second-in-command on a major account, taking responsibility for the quality of client interactions, the standard of research outputs, and the ongoing strategic direction of the partnership.
The account represents a deep, multi-layered relationship, spanning large-scale CX and NPS programmes across a diverse portfolio of assets, alongside a steady pipeline of ad hoc work including corporate reputation, journey mapping, segmentation, brand, and pricing studies.
Key responsibilities include:
You are a hands-on quantitative researcher with a strong foundation in CX and tracking work, ideally gained within retail, property or services sectors. You combine analytical rigour with commercial instinct and are comfortable operating across both delivery and strategic levels.
You will be equally confident presenting to senior stakeholders as you are managing programmes end-to-end, contributing to analysis, and supporting the development of others within the team.

- Leading conversations around CX, NPS and Voice of Customer programmes with confidence and authority
- Bringing commercial acumen to monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboarding, and the translation of insights into clear business actions
- Applying strong technical expertise, with advanced quantitative skills and Q proficiency essential
- Elevating team capability through mentoring and developing junior consultants
