Quant Strategy Lead - Brand & Culture
Job description
The best brands don’t live in categories - they live inculture.
Our client is a future-focused strategic consultancy helping high-profile brands move beyond their products to shape cultural conversations. Experts in consumer insight, they dig deep into what makes people tick - translating opinion and behaviour into powerful, forward-looking brand strategy.
This team radiates curiosity and creativity. They think differently, challenge convention, and spark real change for their clients.
The Role: Quant Strategy Lead
Buoyed by growth and client success, this new role is designed for an experienced quantitative strategist ready to lead, influence, and drive impact across clients, teams, and the business.
You’ll:
Engage & Inspire – Build deep client relationships through your engaging communication style and problem-solving mindset.
Spot & Shape Opportunities – Identify new avenues for growth and innovation through trusted partnerships.
Lead Complex Quant Projects – From customer segmentation, pricing and value drivers to brand positioning, product development, CX and journey mapping - you’ll own the design and delivery of high-impact programs.
Bring Brand & Culture Together – Help brands stand for something bigger - tapping into values, attitudes and lifestyles that truly connect.
Tell Compelling Stories – Translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives that drive action.
Inspire the Team – Lead by example, developing and mentoring a talented team of researchers.
About You:
Experienced in customised consumer insights and strategy.
Background in a full-service or strategic insights agency.
Quantitative expert with broad methodological experience and hands-on analytical skills (Q, R).
A natural storyteller and strategic thinker - confident turning data into commercial recommendations.
Entrepreneurial, influential, and energised by building teams and capability.
Why You’ll Love It:
This is a rare senior role where you’ll work closely with the Head of Quant to shape the direction, strategy and growth of a national team. Perfect for an ambitious researcher ready to step up, have a voice, and make a tangible impact.
This agency is nimble, progressive and future-focused. You’ll join a leadership team that’s genuinely inspiring, and a culture built on curiosity, learning and innovation. You’ll have the fire-power of a business known for quant, qual, brand, culture, behaviour and super charged by proprietary tech.
Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, plus thoughtfully designed benefits:
Enhanced parental leave
Extra annual leave and mental health days
Rich, ongoing learning and development opportunities
A feedback-driven culture with clear paths to progression
This is a home with enormous opportunity for future growth.
