Senior Quantitative Strategist - Where Data Shapes Culture
Job description
The most powerful brands don’t just compete in markets. They shape how people see the world.
Our client is a progressive insight and strategy consultancy that sits at the intersection of culture, behaviour and data. They help ambitious brands understand not just what people do, but why it matters and how that understanding can unlock sharper strategy, braver decisions and future-facing growth.
This is a business built on curiosity. One that questions assumptions, blends behavioural science with cultural intelligence, and believes data should spark ideas, not sit quietly in charts.
The Opportunity
Off the back of sustained growth, they’re looking for a Senior Quantitative Strategist to play a key leadership role within a highly respected strategy and insights team.
This is not a back-room analytics role. You’ll be hands-on with complex quant work, deeply involved in client thinking, and influential in shaping both projects and people.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be joining a consultancy that genuinely values thinking time, learning and autonomy. One that invests heavily in its people, experiments with new tools and technology, and takes culture seriously, both externally and internally.
You’ll work alongside senior leaders who are generous with trust and keen to hear your voice. And you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of a nationally respected quant practice while doing work that actually influences how brands show up in the world.
Benefits include:
