Qualitative Consultant/Senior Consultant – Cultural Insights, Trends & Strategy

Sydney

$80,000 - $110,000 +SUPER + BENS

Join a tight knit team of brand and cultural insights enthusiasts in the heart of Sydney!

The team here are experts at translating qualitative insights, emotions, and trends into insights that shape user experience, purchase journeys, branding, communication campaigns, and thought leadership for cutting-edge commercial brands and social enterprises.

As the newest member of the team, you will work across all sectors from retail, fashion, and FMCG to services, technology and NPFs. Projects will also be hugely varied – one day you might be joining the dots between fashion and female empowerment, the next exploring trends for sustainable packaging. As an experienced qualitative researcher with a strategic mindset, you will be involved in projects from pitch to presentation, building long term relationships with clients and seeing real impact of the back of your insightful recommendations.

What will you need?

  • Proven experience working within qualitative insights – ideally in an agency or consulting environment

  • End to end project experience including fieldwork, analysis, and presentation

  • Experience in a range of methodologies (IDIs, workshops, online communities and so on)

  • A strategic, problem-solving mindset coupled with inherent curiosity

  • Top communications skills
