Junior Account Manager - Market Research & Data-driven Insights

Job description

The Role:
  
Throw yourself into a range of rewarding research programs working with a high-profile team to deliver crucial data-driven insights to the leading clients in technology, finance, automotive, health and B2B research.
  
A huge opportunity to develop and sharpen your skills in all areas of research delivery through hands-on experience in survey design, qualitative research, project management, data collection, data analysis and reporting; as well as client management. This role will provide all the skills you need for a brilliant career in consumer insights.

The day-to-day:
  • Taking client briefs and providing input into proposals
  • Developing screeners, questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Fieldwork and data management
  • Data visualisation and the creation of client outputs including reports, persona's journey maps and playbooks etc
  • Contributing to client presentations
Requirements:
  • 12+ months of market research experience
  • Effective project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solid skills in data analysis (Excel, SPSS and or/Q)
