Associate Research Director - Top FMCG Clients!

Innovative Insight Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid, 1 office day/ week) £40,000-£55,000 + great benefits

Are you keen to have autonomy, lead your own client accounts and focus on ad hoc studies? Do you love pushing boundaries and working with innovative techniques such as behavioural and neuroscience? Do you thrive in an open, diverse, forward-thinking culture? If so, this could be the role for you!

This award-winning consultancy pride themselves on their great culture as well as their ability to excel in delivering strategic, impactful insights to some of the biggest consumer brands in the FMCG sectors - across food, beverages, alcohol, toiletries and household product categories.

As an Associate Director you will enjoy a fast paced, varied, client facing role working in partnership with your own key clients - getting to know their businesses and gaining a deep understanding of their challenges. Working in a consultative capacity, you will be delivering insights that truly add value with projects spanning a variety of areas including advertising, brand, understanding consumer journeys and testing new concepts. Although the role will have a quantitative focus, there will be the scope to involve yourself in qualitative methods as well as work with new tools and concepts in the neuro and behavioural science space.

A fascination for understanding consumers, brands and culture is essential, alongside the technical experience of working in a research agency environment managing quantitative FMCG research projects from start to finish including plenty of proposal writing experience. You will have a creative spark, respect for others, and love partnering with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to solve the knottiest brand and business challenges.

An industry-leading benefits package, competitive salary, and excellent progression opportunities await the right candidate!
