The role
This is a senior, client-facing position focused on leading strategic insight and consultancy projects while growing key accounts. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex challenges, embedding insights into decision-making, and shaping long-term strategy.
  
What you’ll be doing
  • Lead large-scale, strategic research and consultancy engagements end-to-end
  • Act as a senior partner to clients, influencing direction and driving change
  • Build and grow high-value client relationships across the cultural sector
  • Design sophisticated, mixed-method research approaches
  • Play a key role in business development- leading pitches and winning new work
  • Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and the agency’s market profile
What you’ll bring
  • Strong experience in research, insights, or strategy within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and senior client relationships
  • Expertise across quantitative and ideally qualitative methodologies
  • Commercial acumen and experience contributing to business growth
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • A natural curiosity about people, culture, and societal impact
