As Managing Director UK, Deborah is ultimately responsible for all of our UK recruitment, but her personal area of expertise is Research and Insight.  Deborah joined us as a graduate over 25 years ago and has built her career with us as a dedicated specialist in this area; in fact it’s fair to say she is probably the industry’s most experienced hands-on Market Research recruiter.  Working with companies as diverse as start-ups to multi-nationals, Deborah recruits at all levels, using her extensive knowledge of the market and the personalities involved.

Deborah's life outside work includes:

  • Cookery, especially cakes (much to the delight of the rest of the office!)

  • Watching tennis and cricket

  • Supporting Norwich (the link with chef Delia Smith is a happy coincidence)
