Job description

Associate Director – Mixed Methods - International Strategic Agency

Central London (Hybrid, c 2 office days)  -  £50,000 - £60,000 + good benefits

Are you a “heart and soul” researcher with a genuine interest in human behaviour? Do you have strong quant skills alongside expertise in qualitative methods? This is a exciting opportunity for a mixed-methods researcher to take their career to the next level in an award-winning boutique!

This innovative agency is looking for an experienced and creative consumer researcher to join their team and lead, drive, and develop both domestic and international projects for an enviable list of clients across sectors. Projects will cover brand, communication, NPD and more.

Known for their senior team and strategic, award-winning approaches, this is an environment where individuals are truly given the chance to thrive by pushing boundaries and following their interests and ambitions. You won’t be held back by ‘rules’ or unchangeable processes – quite the opposite, the team want an Associate Director who will bring new ideas and put their own stamp on projects!

The successful applicant will be a real creative thinker – always pushing to think of new and interesting ways to solve client problems. You will be a real team player and a strong communicator with track record of delivering actionable insights to big name brands. You must have gained significant experience running consumer focused MR projects from start to finish (preferably on the agency-side), be comfortable using face to face and digital methodologies, and keen to experiment with new tools.

Resources Group’s Diversity and Equality Policy determines that we submit applicants to our clients on the basis of merit and ability, regardless of race, colour, age, disability, family responsibilities, gender, marital status, nationality, religious or political views or affiliations, sexual orientation or socio-economic background.
