Behavioural Insights Strategist
Job description
This role will stretch your left and right brain thinking, blending logic with creativity.
Independently owned, values-driven and exceptionally innovative, this Strategic Insights Consultancy is at the forefront of qualitative research, cultural insights, and behaviour change.
For over a decade, they’ve partnered with socially aligned commercial brands, charities, NGOs, and government departments for over a decade to tackle their most complex real-world problems.
Their expertise lies in their ability to uncover the intricacies of human behaviour and understand the subconscious influences that nudge decision-making. They draw upon multidisciplinary thinking - qualitative research, tech-enabled AI, cultural insights, social media listening, behavioural economics, eye-tracking, contextual observations, strategy, branding and anthropology.
The role: Strategist
As the Melbourne division of the consultancy continues to grow – they’re excited to welcome a strategic thinker who can integrate behavioural science, market research and creativity to join them.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across many areas – communications planning, brand positioning, cultural insights, trends forecasting, customer journey mapping, innovation, new product design, segmentation, U&A and behavioural nudging. Bespoke, brief-led, no two projects will be the same. One month could see you designing interventions that aim to convert one-off charity donations to regular giving, re-conceptualising the future needs of Australian housing, investigating Gen-Zs relationship to online dating, joining the dots between fashion and female empowerment, or developing behavioural nudges/ interventions that help teens stay safe online.
Working in deep collaboration and partnership with clients, strategists are involved in all aspects of the consulting process, from pitch to final presentation:
