The role: Insights Consultant

As a consultant, you’ll be involved in all aspects of a research project, from attending initial client meetings, pulling apart briefs, designing research methodologies, analysis, insight generation, reporting and client presenting.
Your client mix will be exceptionally diverse, from leading FMCG brands, financial institutions, retailers, government departments and service providers. All projects are customised, spanning innovation, pricing, customer experience, engagement, policy, branding and communications. It’s strategic, transformational pieces of work where your insights will have an immediate impact.
The exposure to growth is huge; you’ll work alongside industry leaders and senior researchers who will champion your development, with access to 1:1 mentoring, industry conference attendance, and a suite of online development.

What you’ll need
  • Prior commercial agency experience within research, insights, strategy or analytics
  • A curious mind and a genuine interest in understanding consumers, brands and people
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using SPSS and or Q
  • An eye for detail and a natural ability to craft data into stories that inspire action
