Senior Survey Programmer - Flexibility & Autonomy

A client-facing role this is a unique opportunity for a Senior Survey Programmer who is keen to broaden their experience and gain exposure to client and project management. You’ll be dedicated to ensuring you obtain the best research data for your clients. You will work closely with your clients to understand their business objectives; blending innovation with tried and tested data collection processes to ensure the demands of modern research are being met.
  
Capitalising on your previous programming experience, you will undertake an important role to advise on web survey design, and scripting a variety of simple and complex surveys, tailored to suit the client’s needs and branding, using a mix of data collection modes.
  
Requirements :
  • 3/4 years + experience in survey programming/data processing function in another market research consultancy
  • Able to work with complex data from various sources
  • Curiosity and an insatiable appetite for innovation
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting software like Confirmit, Dimensions, Qualtrics or WSC alongside HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS etc.
  • Sound working knowledge of excel and analysis packages such as SPSS and Q
  • The ability to influence and develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in improving processes and systems
