- Lead strategic conversations with clients to uncover needs and opportunities
- Break down complex problems and design the right approach using technology, research, and behavioural frameworks
- Identify behavioural insights - the drivers behind customer decisions
- Pinpoint the most impactful behavioural priorities
- Design campaign and marketing assets that drive measurable behavioural change
You’re someone who loves psychological theory, commercial challenges, and science-led solutions. You enjoy digging into problems, customer data, storytelling, and seeing outcomes through to implementation.
Ideal experience:
- Strong client-facing skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- A grounding in behavioural or organisational psychology with clear commercial application
- Experience designing and running end-to-end qual/quant research studies
- Confidence interpreting data using a range of statistical techniques
- Skilled at running interviews, workshops or fieldwork that elicit meaningful behavioural insights
- A curious mindset when it comes to technology and AI
