The Role
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of behavioural consulting projects, from diagnosing challenges to designing, testing and embedding interventions.
This means you’ll:
- Partner closely with clients to unpack complex behavioural and commercial problems
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research to understand decision-making and behavioural drivers
- Translate insight into practical, evidence-based interventions
- Apply behavioural frameworks and experimental thinking to optimise outcomes
- Shape customer, employee or stakeholder journeys using behavioural principles
- Support pilots, trials and evaluation (including structured testing approaches where relevant)
- Facilitate workshops and communicate recommendations in a compelling, actionable way
