Senior Research Manager -  Leaders in Brand and Comms Strategy

Central London (Hybrid, 2 office days) –£40,000-£49,000 +  great benefits

This agency leads the field in branding and communications research. Constantly pushing the boundaries, their research is creative and innovative, and they are looking for an ambitious Research Manager to join their growing London team!

Although this team predominantly focus on quantitative methods, the consultative nature of their work means more and more of the projects are mixed methods, therefore you will need to have an interest in and understanding of blended approaches (qualitative, social listening, secondary data) and when these might be best applied.  Clients are hugely varied, and the agency has several big-name clients across FMCG,  telcos, sport, retail,  financial services, and more. Projects will be both ad hoc and ongoing, and you will have line management responsibilities for talented and ambitious junior researchers.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have gained significant experience running consumer focused projects within a market research or insights agency. A passion for the world of brands and understanding the ways in which they build relationships with their consumers is an absolute must, as is a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative and creative environment.

Your ambition will be key to your success in this role as you become part of the agency’s management team, contribute to commercial strategy, and work to grow client relationships.
