Senior Research Manager

This role truly has it all. Join a regional research team embedded within a global communications powerhouse, where you’ll work on standalone research initiatives as well as large strategic communications projects where research is one piece of the puzzle.

Role Purpose
Use data and intelligence to help businesses strengthen relationships, build connections, protect reputations, and earn trust.
You’ll combine multiple data sources from qualitative and quantitative research to website and social analytics, leveraging AI and technology, to solve challenges in new and creative ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted client relationships
  • Identify client needs and advise on insight opportunities and recommended approaches
  • Harness AI-based tools and solutions to deliver faster, deeper insights
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from client briefing through to insight-led deliverables
  • Support the Research Director with new business opportunities
  • Help share industry updates, new research techniques, and best practices across the team
You’ll love the variety of data at your fingertips and the opportunity to work as a method-neutral insights strategist. Every project is fully customised to client needs - from audience perceptions and brand equity tracking to campaign planning, evaluation, loyalty, trust, and reputation studies.

Experience Criteria
  • c5–6+ years’ experience in consumer insights strategy
  • Proven track record managing primary research projects end-to-end including –approach, survey design, PM, analysis and reporting
  • Qualitative research experience (or interest in developing these skills)
  • Strong hands-on analysis skills using statistical software such as Q
  • Ideally some exposure to social listening or media monitoring tools (e.g. Talkwalker, Sprinklr)
  • Passionate about client relationships, storytelling, and turning data into strategy
