We’re working with one of Australia's most innovative strategic insights consultancies. As an agency, they are at the forefront of understanding how technology and AI are changing consumer behaviour, the choices they make, how they act and the impact that has for the traditional marketing funnel, product and service innovation, CX and brand trust. They’re not just observing consumer behaviour, they’re decoding it, using cutting-edge frameworks and AI-powered solutions to advise some of the biggest names in Finance, Retail, Services & FMCG.
  
Now, they’re looking to bring in a Senior Research Manager to join their high-performing team in Sydney.
  
The Role:
As a Senior Research Manager, you’ll work across a mix of strategic ad hoc and continuous work, with a focus on brand, CX, and innovation. You'll spend approximately 20% of your time on a large-scale international brand tracker for a major client, recently expanded to include North and South America and the remainder split across ad hoc strategic studies in finance and FMCG (think conjoint, segmentations, CVP development, etc.).
  
This is a client-facing role with full end-to-end project ownership: from proposal input to questionnaire design, analysis (Q), and delivering insight-rich, strategic outputs.
  
What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years’ experience in a commercial research agency or consultancy
  • Strong client management and project delivery skills
  • Proven ability to design research instruments and extract story-led insights
  • Proficiency in Q and a head for numbers and behavioural patterns
  • A naturally curious mindset and strong initiative
  • Comfortable applying frameworks to business challenges and influencing decision-making

The Offer:
  • $110,000–$120,000 package, depending on experience
