We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join a fast-paced global research and insights consultancy, partnering with Australia’s leading financial clients. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering actionable insights, managing senior client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of talent.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning key client relationships and delivering exceptional service across reports, insights, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Driving research and operational best practice, with a strong focus on innovation and data-led storytelling.
• Designing and delivering end-to-end research projects, from scoping through to analysis and presentation.
• Leading client WIPs, providing strategic recommendations, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Supporting and coaching team members to ensure high performance and career growth.
• Championing new methodologies, automation and AI tools to enhance delivery and impact.

What we’re looking for:

• ~5 years’ experience in a research consultancy or insights role
• Strong background in financial services or banking clients
• A proven ability to use data and research to generate powerful customer insights
• Confident in leading projects and presenting to senior-level stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with research tools such as SPSS or Q
• A collaborative leader who can inspire, mentor, and drive high-performing teams
• Curious, entrepreneurial and unafraid to challenge the status quo
