The Role – Senior Consultant, Qualitative Research
Reporting directly to a Senior Partner, you’ll play a key role in the Sydney team’s growth and delivery. This is a hands-on role where you’ll run end-to-end qualitative projects while building client relationships and sharpening your strategic thinking.
Your projects will span brand strategy, behaviour change, innovation, comms testing, product development, and segmentation—a diverse mix that will keep you stimulated and challenged.

- Moderating focus groups, IDIs, online communities, co-creation sessions, and workshops
- Generating meaningful insights and turning them into compelling client stories
- Building trusted client relationships across FMCG, Tech, FS, and Retail
- Delivering polished reports and impactful presentations
- Mentoring and guiding juniors where needed
- Supporting new business opportunities alongside senior leaders
