You’ll be joining their thriving quantitative insights team.
  
The Role:
Emboldened by client wins, this is a growth hire.  We’re looking for a seasoned quantitative researcher to lead and deliver a variety of ad hoc, bespoke research projects - end to end.
  • Client Engagement – Build deep rapport with clients through your engaging communication style and relentless problem-solving approach.
  • Quantitative Expertise – Deliver projects like customer segmentations, price strategy, new product development, CX and journey mapping, usage and attitude, brand positioning, campaign strategy and customer value propositions.
  • Analytical Strength - Confident in research design and excited by the challenge of finding patterns in data
  • Strategic Mindset – Translate insight into actionable strategies that tackle real business problems.
  • Brand & Culture – Passionate about helping brands stand for something bigger - values, attitudes and lifestyles that truly connect.
  • Leadership – Potential to line manage a direct report in the Sydney office.
  
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • ~5+ years’ experience in quantitative market research
  • Experience within a strategic insights agency is essential
  • Client-ready with a proven track record of leading accounts confidently
  • Versatile across sectors—FMCG, tech, entertainment, finance, retail
  • Strong technical/statistical skills—Q is key; R is a nice-to-have
  • Comfortable owning projects from design through to delivery
  • Deeply passionate about using insight to drive standout outcomes in brand, marketing, innovation and experience strategy
