Senior Research Consultant - Major Australian Bank

So, what’s the role?
  
Client-lead for a big bank – We’re looking for a confident client lead who can front the relationship with a key priority client. You’ll chair weekly meetings to maintain a tight relationship, and deep understanding of their strategic priorities.
  
Quantitative research – Dig in to syndicated and customised consumer survey data sets to generate insights that meet the strategic priorities.
  
Report and present – Bring the data to life with strategic reports, presentations and dashboards that illuminate findings and provide direction to complex business questions.
  
Manage junior Analysts – Build up your people management skills taking responsibility for junior analysts and overseeing the development of their technical research skills.
  
Build your FS research skills - Build your pedigree as an expert across categories banking, insurance, wealth, credit, and superannuation.
  
The ideal profile:
  
We’re looking for an ambitious, smart, and dedicated consultant with both strong technical research skills and impeccable client servicing skills to champion a really important relationship.
  • C3/4 + years’ experience in agency or clientside market research
  • A natural confidence dealing with stakeholders and building rapport with people
  • Ideally knowledge of Financial Services but not essential if you’re keen to learn
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis using Q, SPSS or Excel.
  • A confident presenter able to think critically about data and deliver commercial thinking
