The role: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant with a quantitative foundation, you’ll be hands-on with all elements of the research process, from data analysis and reporting to presentation and final delivery of customised research projects for a wide range of commercial clients across sectors, including financial services, retail, technology, sports, entertainment, and FMCG. The benefit of an agile boutique will ensure that from day one, you’ll be involved in all elements of the research process, across sectors and methodologies (from brand tracking to segmentation, NPS, innovation and concept testing)
We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact, hit the ground running, and is hungry for further career development. We’d love you to have:
  • Proven market research and insights agency experience – 3-5+ years
  • Confidence in running ad-hoc projects from proposal to presentation
  • Strong analysis skills (SPSS/Q) & an ability to produce high-quality recommendation 
  • Excellent client management skills
  • High-level communication is able to translate complexity into simplicity.
  • A love for problem-solving and a real curiosity to understand the nature of consumers think, feel and act
