We're looking for Quantitative Consultants who bring a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic depth and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve real-world social & commercial problems. An all-encompassing full-service role, you’ll;
  • Research & behavioural insights – using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research (e.g. survey design, randomised controlled trials, in-depth interviews, midriff) to uncover behavioural insights.
  • Client & project variety – you’ll expand your expertise as you deepend relationships with commercial organisations, social charities, NFP and government departments across all industries: mental health, technology, sustainability, transport, disability, gambling, education, FMCG and retail.
  • Research Project Management – supporting with proposal writing, questionnaire design, insight generation, reporting and presenting – you’ll be working on several projects at a time, juggling priorities.
  • Quantitative analysis – sitting in the quantitative division, you’ll translate data into meaningful insights through SPSS/Q/Qualtrics
  • Creative strategy - Transform theoretical insights and frameworks from behavioural science, neuroscience, and psychology into communication strategies and behavioural interventions.
  • Business growth – support with proposal writing, thought leadership, mentoring juniors, and learning from experiences senior leaders.
  The essentials:
  • 3+ years of agency experience – market research, insights, behavioural strategy or consulting
  • Hands-on with all elements – prop writing, survey design, insight generation, reporting & presenting
  • Strong quantitative technical skills (Qualtrics/Q)
  • An ability to think analytically, laterally & creatively in tandem
  • Academic qualifications in Psychology, Marketing, Behavioural Science or other relevant fields
  • Believe in the power of counterintuitive thinking. 
  • Interest in BSCI and a foundational understanding of behavioural frameworks – RCTs, heuristics, framing, nudging, biases,
