They see research as a tool to arm their clients with market and customer understanding enabling them to differentiate themselves from their competition and to deliver game-changing brands, products, and customer experiences.
  
WHAT?
  
They are looking for a bright mind to join them as an Account Manager. In this very hands-on role, you will have input into all parts of the project life cycle from client’s pitches and proposals to research and questionnaire design to project management and data collection to data analysis and client reports and deliverables. You will work with a broad range of clients, primarily from the technology and services sector.
Projects will include:
  • Thought Leadership
  • Innovation
  • Customer Behaviour Models
  • Customer Experience and Advocacy
WHO?
  • Hungry to learn and a keen interest in understanding behaviour and decision making
  • Strong foundation in market research and at least 12 months of quant experience
  • A natural with numbers, you have good analysis skills (Q or SPSS)
  • A will do can-do attitude, excited by the chance to run with things
