Research Manager - Explore behavioural science techniques! Award-winning Insight Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid, 1 office day/ week), £35-£40k + great benefits

Are you a Senior Research Executive or Research Manager with a keen interest in behavioural science? Do you love pushing boundaries and working with cutting edge tools? Do you thrive in an open, diverse, forward-thinking culture? If so, this could be the role for you!

This award-winning consultancy are on the ’Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for’! and they pride themselves on their great culture as well as their ability to excel in delivering strategic, impactful insights to some of the biggest tech, automotive, financial, media, and retail brands. They are the perfect size – not so big you get lost in the numbers, but big enough that you have lots of colleagues around you to learn from and collaborate with.

As a Research Manager you will enjoy a fast paced, varied, client facing role working in partnership with key clients getting to know their businesses and gaining a deep understanding of their challenges. Working in an advisory capacity, you will be delivering insights that truly add value with projects spanning a variety of areas including advertising, brand, understanding consumer journeys and testing new concepts. Although the role will have a quantitative focus, there will be the scope to involve yourself in qualitative methods as well as work with new tools and concepts in the neuro and behavioural science space.

A fascination for understanding consumers, brands and culture is essential, alongside the technical experience of working previously in an agency environment managing quantitative research projects from start to finish. You will have a creative spark, respect for others, and love partnering with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to solve the knottiest brand and business challenges.

An industry-leading benefits package, competitive salary, and excellent progression opportunities await the right candidate!
