South-West England (Hybrid 1-2 office days/week) £38-40,000 + 30 days holiday + good benefits

Fascinating charity that advises, inspires and supports huge numbers of young people each year. You will join an insight  team at the heart of the organisation, one that ensures the voice of the customer is championed to create great services and also provides insight for external organisations.

Th insight team currently seek a Research Manager to work closely with a range of stakeholders and deliver insights from survey research. Utilising both quantitative and qualitative survey research methods, you will be an expert in survey design and delivery, mainly managing projects end-to end in-house. These studies include customer experience, brand health and market monitoring so you will need demonstrable market research expertise gained either on the agency or clientside. As well as selecting samples and building surveys, you be adept at analysing survey results to deliver clear insights and draw out the story.

Communicating insights to a non-expert audiences, both internally and externally, the successful candidate will have quantitative survey research experience - qualitative research skills are a bonus!) . With strong interpersonal skills combined with highly analytical approach, an assured self-starter is sought, with a passion for insight, keen to succeed in a dynamic, inclusive environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge!

Based in the South West of England, this organisation offers hybrid working and is looking for the successful candidate to be based in the office 1-2 days a week.
