Huge opportunity to join the ad hoc/custom research arm of this global sports, media & entertainment giant in a Research Executive role.
As part of its research, insights & analytics division which acts almost an internal agency for the entire group, you'll become part of a developing custom market research offering and get to work on international projects. Working on a new customer experience research program, you'll be involved end to end and your clients will be the group's related agencies.
Ideally you'll either already have research agency experience or be familiar with market research. You'll need to be versed in primary quantitative research methods in particular, have used tools such as SPSS, R or Q, and have (some) expertise in platforms such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey (although this can be trained). Some client side experience, plus interest in the sector is also valuable - but to stress this is almost an agency role within client side so it ideally calls for those with current/prior research agency experience or similar, using primary methods as opposed to 'analysts'.
Overall this is a great opportunity if you love sport, media & entertainment and would love a custom/ad hoc research based move into this area; there are few, if any, bigger names than this within this field. There's hybrid working, and an opportunity to play a huge role in developing this service which in turn will see you make more and more of a strategic difference!
